- Shirodhara is a classical Ayurvedic procedure of slowly and steadily dripping medicated oil or other liquids on the forehead.
- Sirodhara has relaxing, soothing and calming effects on body and mind. Shirodhara relieves anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress, fatigue, negative emotions, mood swings and high blood pressure.
